If you have a child under 3 they may enroll in our Parent/Child group lessons or they may take private swim lessons. Important: The child must be 3 years of age to enroll in Level 1 for group swim lessons.
Space is limited and spots are not reserved until payment is received. This service does not include the use of the pool, hot tub, or facility, before or after the lesson.
This does not guarantee a private lane during instruction. When purchasing private swim lessons, you are purchasing a service (one-on-one instruction).
WWU Campus Recreation Services is pleased to offer group and private swim lessons! Classes are open to the community!Įach group swim session consists of six or eight lessons each lesson lasts 25 minutes. All classes follow the American Red Cross guidelines (Learn-to-Swim 2017) and our instructor to child ratio is 1 instructor per 4 children.
